Complex coordination of performing arts expansion with exposed architectural concrete throughout. Coordination included site utilities, support of excavation, geothermal wells, exterior glass system, hangers/inserts/devices in concrete, conduit of all sizes, fountain piping, and void slabs, in addition to typical MEP/FP and structural trades.
